No, I am not available right now or in twenty minutes because my schedule isn't a free-for-all. You don't pop into your doctors office without an appointment and demand to be seen in ten minutes, and the same principle applies here as well. If you would like to meet with me then you'll definitely want to follow the rules and book an appointment, just like everyone else. It really is that simple.
